This form is for parties who are not current UH-Main campus student, staff or faculty, that need access to HPE DSI research cluster facilities, but do not have valid cougarnet credentials, to apply for an account directly.

Submit this form at least three(3) weeks before the anticipated HPC cluster use start date. This will allow adequate time for processing of your Cougarnet access credentials and account creation.
